Get fit by two simple rules

A person with low character tends to complicate things, I think. One thing which they try to complicate is fitness. It seems they need some diet, system which includes things which are very hard to understand and even remember.

You ask someone with good character how she can stay so fit?

"It's easy!" she says. "I just do bla, blah and then blah!"

Then you ask someone with low character why he doesn't get fit?

"It's a complicated matter!" he says. "I have this mother-in-law, you see, and she used to work as a dentist...." Ten minutes later he will conclude: "....and that's why I can't swim, which really is my favourite exercise!"

Picture this fat man. He tells you he's been on seventy diets for the last ten years. And the last one consisted of eating four eggs which has been boiled in vinegar. Then drinking two cups of coffee before dinner! And don't forget that the coffee must be cold.

I have found that it is simple to remain fit and loose weight. There are only two things you need to think about. They are very easy to remember and they are easy to do. You can have more complicated rules and go into detail with it, but it really comes down to these two, simple rules:

  • REDUCE INTAKE OF SUGAR AND FAST CARBS
  • WALK

You sort it out. Don't bother to complicate it!
