There is good news and there is bad news;
The good news is that I can still run; the bad news is that I am slow - an
older gentleman passed me in the track; without effort (the bastard).
What happened to my idea of running? I used to think that running twice a week
was totally natural. In fact, I used to think less of those who never did. And
one more thing; it is NOT enough to take walks - this is clear to me today.
