COMMUNICATE WITH THE NORTH COREANS

North Corea reminds me of a child who won't talk to you. It's pretty bad when a nation becomes a silent child. As a parent I know my responsibility; I show the child that it can talk to me.

I communicated to North Corea and I will continue to do so. This is how you can do it:

1. Print out a nice picture and write your name and address on it.

2. Send it to: "CITIZEN, NORTH COREA" in an envelope.

Eventually someone will talk back somewhere. It is a natural law.

I was told that South Corean soap operas are smuggled over to the North Coreans. Wouldn't it be interesting if soap operas cause the borders to open?
